Intermediate-Level Story
Après trois mois d'absence, Julien installait son étal de légumes sur la place du marché. L'air d'octobre portait cette fraîcheur particulière qui annonce l'automne, et les premières feuilles commençaient à joncher les pavés. Il disposait ses courges, ses poireaux et ses pommes de terre avec le même soin qu'avant, mais quelque chose avait changé en lui pendant l'été.
« Monsieur Julien ! Vous voilà enfin ! » Madame Petit s'approchait déjà, son panier à la main. « J'ai dû acheter mes tomates ailleurs pendant tout l'été. Ce n'était vraiment pas pareil. »
Julien sourit. « Bonjour, Madame Petit. Comment allez-vous ? »
